\nOn his appeal, he made a deal.

\nBut then refused, he won’t be used,
\nhe would not play their games.
\nAnd so he sat inside a cage
\njust like a dog for years.
\nHe may have bent, but never broke
\nor let them see his tears.
\nAnd on the day of his release,
\nhe swore he’d rather die
\nthan let them take him back again,
\nthen went home and got high.
\nBetter to live like dogs, he said,
\nunleashed and free of rules,
\nthan subjugate all action
