\nHe passes by a horse
\nwrapped in pure velvet.
\nHe scrapes his nail on carriages
\nthat may be made of gold,
\nand everywhere, in doors,
\nold men with helmets.
\nThe days are fading in and out,
\nthe air, the crippled leaves,
\nand everything alive is moving slowly
\ntoward places where the body disappears,
\nthe eye perceives,
\nthe shadows here are somewhat less than holy.<\/p>\n
