\nI was yanked off the mainland,
\nfitted with a tight armband,
\ntold to alphabeticize
\nwords I didn’t recognize.
\nIf I worked for just an hour,
\nI could take an ice cold shower.
\nThen, they said, if I worked two,
\nthey would let me sniff some glue.
\nRandom order seemed to reign.
\nBoss wore masks and looked insane.
\nPapers filled up several rooms.
\nI was really zonked on fumes.
\nNext I knew a fire started.
\nIn the smokescreen, I departed.
\nFound a boat and rowed to shore.
\nI don’t wanna file no more.<\/p>\n
