\nspilling out on the ceiling of this world,
\nwhere we look up and see them as stars.

\nas they flicker and tease us at night,
\nwe are sure they have something to tell us,
\nand we long for this cosmic insight.
\nWe build rockets and planes to get closer.
\nWe have astronauts floating in space.
\nAnd we’re sure that the magnified twinkling
