The year of the rooster
\ncould be like a rocket booster,
\na launch into the perilous unknown.
\nWhat with the selection
\nof a crude orange erection,
\nwe’ve lifted off into the twilight zone.
\nA strutting bandy tweeting unto dawn
\nwith billionaires surrounding him to fawn
\ncould turn this lunar year into disaster.
\nHe’ll stock the farm with nukes
\nand fill the coop with kooks,
